Applications for visas from residents of Malta are accepted at the Embassy of Japan in Italy, including the The Working Holiday Visa for Maltese nationals.
*Maltese nationals can enter Japan without a visa for up to 90 days (only for tourism, business, visiting friends or relatives, etc. that does not include remunerative activities).
