On 3rd September, Mr. KOBAYASHI Ryuichiro, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., visited the solo exhibition of a Japanese artist, Ms. Tomoko Fait.
Ms. Fait has exhibited her work across Europe, including in Rome, Venice and Paris, and is currently based in Italy. Having lived in different countries and encountered people of diverse cultures and values, she has absorbed those experiences and transformed what lies within her into each of her works.
Her works are extraordinarily intricate, with their delicate details seeming to capture the subtle movements and fluctuations of human emotion. At the same time, they evoke something reminiscent of Buddhist mandalas, drawing the viewer into a rich and contemplative world.
