On 4th May, Mr. Ryuichiro Kobayashi, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim received members of the Malta Japan Association and the Malta Japan Chamber of Commerce and exchanged views with them.
During the meeting, they discussed how best to further strengthen Japan–Malta relations, taking the opening of the Embassy of Japan in Malta as an important opportunity. They also exchanged views actively on ways to promote exchanges at various levels and deepen mutual understanding.
The Embassy remains committed to further promoting a deeper understanding of Japan, a fellow island nation, among the people of Malta.
