Mr. Tadahiko YAMAGUCHI, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, attended the ceremony for the exchange of Note Verbales for the project of The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law (IIJ) on the 19th of January 2026.
Mr. YAMAGUCHI hoped that the implementation of the project would enhance the capacity of criminal and judicial experts in Southeast Asia to deal with the misuse of artificial intelligence for terrorism. Thereby enabling an effective criminal and judicial response to the misuse of artificial intelligence for terrorism in Southeast Asian countries.
