Event Information: Exploring Japanese Sake: Special Lecture & Tasting (27 and 28 January 2026)

 The Embassy of Japan cordially invites you to the Sake Lecture, led by a sake master, who will introduce a variety of sake and guide participants through a small tasting.
 
 The sake master holds several professional sake certifications, including the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake, SAKE DIPLOMA, SAKE DIPLOMA International, and the JSA Sake Expert qualification.
 
 Through this event, discover the charm and depth of sake, and savor the genuine flavor of quality sake/nihonshu. Learn how to pair it with foods you can easily find in Malta’s supermarkets!
 
  Date: Tuesday, 27 January and Wednesday, 28 January
  *Both dates are fully booked. Registration for a waiting-list is available. (Updated on 13 January)
  Time: 6pm onwards
  Venue: Conference Hall, The Valletta Design Cluster
